I recently purchased several gold coins over the phone from Rare Coin Company and am very satisfied with them. The price was fair and the coins were in great condition.

I have gone to them for years but when I brought them jewelery recently I had left and they gave me a receipt only saying "scrap gold" so I called them back asking for a proper receipt he (the manager) had gotten extremely mad then said for me to just come get them then he threw a dollar at my face and after I had left and checked my items two of my diamonds were missing and he refused to search for them or check the cameras I tried calling him numerous times them he continued to hang up on me then blocked my number and then they came up with different stories. Overall they are very unprofessional, rude, and thiefs.
