Integrated Aesthetics offers excellent and comprehensive care for the Houston and Spring/The Woodlands areas. Our physicians strive to make every patient comfortable and fully-informed during their visit to our practice. Our practice is directed by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Young Cho, who has an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine and a Ph.D. from Cambridge University. During a six year period, he completed plastic surgery training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Cho is skilled in many advanced techniques for breast reconstruction, hand surgery, skin cancer surgery, microsurgery, and aesthetic plastic surgery. The doctor currently has hospital privileges at Houston Northwest Medical Center, Spring Central Hospital, St Lukes Hospital The Woodlands, Memorial Hermann Hospital The Woodlands, and Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. Dr. Cho works closely with his wife, Dr. Melissa P. Chiang, a dermatologist and dermatopathologist. Dr. Chiang has been practicing dermatology for over ten years. The doctors met on their first day at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Chiang was the only candidate in her class to complete joint law (JD) and medical degrees from Yale University. They live in The Woodlands and have a lovely daughter and son. By working closely together, the doctors provide the highest level of comprehensive care in aesthetic plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
