They did a superb job of repairing my ring. It was a sentimental piece that belonged to my grandmother. Regal added facets to hold my diamonds into place so that they all would not all fall out. It was a very difficult repair, but the end result turned out amazing!

I took my tag to replace the Crown. Frank fixed it in 2 days, cleaned it and looks like new. Before I requested a quote from a Tag distributor. They would charge 1/3 of what I paid just for shipping without knowing how much it would cost me. It was pretty eady to chose what it was better for me.

We have been using Regal for almost 10 years. They 'made' us a set of custom rings. Not only are they real diamonds, but top quality. They have been around since Champions was actually a nice place to live...I agree with the first review; Regal is a very trusted jeweler, and 25+ years in business must mean something!

An excellent hotel; we paid $108 plus tax. Very clean, large rooms, clean, new bedding with white duvet cover, desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, flat screen tv. The most clean and clear pool I've ever swam in! It was beautiful and warm. The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel; there were egg omelettes with peppers in them and hot sauce to put on; in addition to all the regular fare. There was a conference room, the lobby was huge, there was outside seating for breakfast. Loved the fitness room. No hot tub in the pool area. We walked over to the Iron Skillet (in a large truck stop) for a great supper. Best chicken strips ever and Louisiana whitefish (order off the menu).

We took my husband's family pocket watch, circa 1850 to Frank. We were hopeful but realistic with our expectations since it hasn't run since 1960. Frank was able to restore it to its former glory and it has been keeping perfect time. Frank sent us updates, videos and photos on how the progress was going. They treasured our watch as much as we do. We will definitely be returning in the future for any jewelry needs.

I came to Regal Jewelers looking for a custom engagement ring and wedding band using metal and diamonds I had acquired from old family jewelry. They worked with both my design and my short timeline. Within two weeks they had returned two beautiful rings and I could not be happier! Frank and Mike both updated me during the process and sent pictures of the building of the ring. The diamonds they were able to find were well beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone needing beautiful jewelry or custom work.

Big shout out to Regal jewelers for an amazing job on my wedding ring! After coaching softball for 12 years (warming up pitchers) my ring broke and I'm amazed how well it turned out. It might have another 26 years left in it!

Very educated, and tip top customer service. A great place to get custom jewelry. If you want cheap, go to Wal-Mart or the mall chain jewelry store...If you want unique, you found the spot!
