If you are looking for snooty sales people, expensive price tags, tiny sample sized gowns or high pressured sales tactics... then we are not the store for you.       I just love Amour Bridal and Prom,Tiffany helped Me to find My perfect Wedding Dress,She was patient and very nice as She helped Me to select assecories as well. They accommodated My whole Bridal Party. THE Shop is Lovely so many beautiful dresses, it was hard to pick just one. Tiffany and Her Mom and Staff helped to make My day even more special. I got compliment after compliment all night. My Dress is absolutely Beautiful. They are awesome, Customer service excellent.

      Unprofessional liars!

      The consultant will eat food and drink coffee during your "special" bridal consultation. It is an extremely unprofessional atmosphere and when they get super busy they will leave you for 45min standing in an overwhelming dress while you get so hot you feel like passing out! And then not even bother to apologize. It's a very small place and if you want to feel special and treated like your important as a new bride to be then do not go here. They also lied to me and admitted to lying to me just to try and get my business. They also lied to people in my wedding party as to what their refund policy is because they were trying to convince me to go somewhere else and I wish I listened! Please save yourself a heartache and headache and treat yourself as the special bride you are and go somewhere better!

      What a wonderful place for a plus size bride!! I made an appointment (which almost ALL bridal shops prefer you do) and they were amazing. Both of the ladies that were in the shop were kind, helpful and very receptive to the style of dress I was looking for. I'm a 16/18 and they had TONS of beautiful dresses for me to try on at VERY reasonable prices! I thought I'd have to go back to the awful woman I worked with at David's to get my bridesmaid dresses but Nu Amour had the same style only a better quality material for the same price! I would recommend this shop to anyone, especially a plus size bride that is sick of big box retailers not having anything decent sampled in their size!

      I loved this salon! They we aw...

      I loved this salon! They we awesome! I was looking for brides made dresses and my bridal gown for my wedding in 2012. After checking several stores in rochester, I found that Un Amour bridal was worth the drive, it has a huge selection, the dresses are reasonable, and they give you individualized attention! I loved this place! They were so great!

      We are a special order bridal salon. What this means is we have sample gowns for customers to try on and once the deposit is placed we will order the desired gown in the size and color(s) the customer needs it in. We carry bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, prom dresses veils and headpieces. We also specialize in plus size gowns (our gowns can be ordered sizes 2-28 and in some cases size 32). We have a full staff of bridal consultants trained and ready to assist our customers in finding the perfect dress for their shape, colors for their vision and prices for their budget.
