I worked with Ginny and Simone and both of them are excellent! The first trip I ever booked with them was to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana for my honeymoon and what an amazing trip!! They also decorated our room for us which was really nice. I can't say I have any complaints they always answered in a timely fashion and had the answers to all our questions. They're price was also better than what we found online.

Whether it's a ski trip to France, Italy, or any other part of the Alps or exploring the mountains of Poland, Liberty Travel always delivers. I had a great experience. I am a very difficult client. I have a million questions, change my mind often, and find it hard to commit unless I'm sure it's the right decision. The agents at the office are always accomodating. The agent I usually speak with Sophia spends hours helping me weigh out my options and plan my trips. Even after she spent time with me and I didn't book the trip due to unexpected financial responsibilities, she still answered my calls and was ready to get back at it. The rates are always cheaper than when I try to book alone. They have first hand knowledge of most of the places i wanted to travel and i love that. She send me holiday cards and birthday cards and remembers my childrens names. I really feel as though they are a part of the family not just some travel agency. They are available 24/7 when im on vacation. She told me I could call anytime if I need her. Any issues that occur they are there to help me through it. Try them out, worst case you don't book and only wasted some time you would habe wasted searching alone alone with no guidance.

Left stranded in South Africa on our Honeymoon! My husband and I booked our South Africa honeymoon and our agent Kim Daino at the Stonybrook NY location booked our accommodations in a HOSTEL, didn’t inform us that the train was no longer working, had to get a flight in South Africa, didn’t book our last day, so we were stranded for 24 hours in South Africa, had to find our own hotel. Her resolution a 50.00 dollar credit at their location.
