I was informed by your receptionist that you could not give and accurate estimate over the phone, as a professional I understand this and apreciate your coming out on your time and dime.

The estimate was very competitive, and I chose your firm because Aaron answered all my questions, and secured the permit

and started the work. Clean job, nice man and good professional attitude.

I just called your company and was simply seeking answers. The woman who answered the phone was abrupt and talked over me. I simply hung up. That is how business is lost.

Your electrician was just as your name says, ontime.

Brandon located the problem, and fixed it quickly and professionally.

I was very impressed with the level of service. I called at about 1pm and their electrician was out within the hour and figured out the reason the breaker kept tripping was because the ac unit motor was faulty.

Brandon, I think was his name, and he called their ac man out, he did not charge me anything extra, and replaced the

motor that day. I will refer Ontime to all my friends. P. H.

I will not recommend this company at all, their customer service is the worst including management. The part on time is far from reality, everyone I was in contact with from the call center to the techs were very unprofessional in the way they handle my repair.
