The doctors are great but the office staff is something different. The office staff does not know what they are doing. They lack the knowledge how handle insurance claims. They believe they know how to read insurance policies but they lack that knowledge. If you are over charged and request a refund they will claim the refund payment will be mailed out. Beware of the office staff they lie and are uneducated how to properly file insurance claims.
