We almost passes on this place because of a couple of not-so-good reviews we saw on-line, but we're glad we checked it out on Sunday morning (Dec 5, 2010). It is in strip mall (everything in AZ is!), and it is a very small place, with patio tables. The corned beef eggs Benedict--excellent, the beignets, big and delicious, the coffee good. Service is a bit slow, but foods are cooked to order, ok. It's just a great find, especially since the city of Surprise is a wide-angle arm pit, having a fine place like this raises the standards. Try it out (weak web site by them, so just go visit). And you can BYOB. Our waitress was quite pleasant, making for a great first visit, but not our last.
