We prefer the controlled in-office procedure, which maintains the vitality of the dentition and soft tissues, and also reduces the side effect of tooth sensitivity. Dental Implants is a material implanted or grafted into tissue. It is a device specially designed to be placed surgically within or on the jaw bone as a means of providing for dental replacement.
