We made reservations a month prior, but when we arrived to pick up the van, they told us, with all the calm in the world, that there was no car available, even though we had reserved a month prior! Unhelpful employees and terrible service, I really don't know who these fools think they are. NEVER renting from them again, and by other things I have heard about this office, I strongly suggest you don't either.

My wife and I live in Temecula. We had a horrible experience with a competitor of Hertz in the Temecula area less than a mile from the Hertz location. From the first minute working with the management and sales team at this store, I found them to be accommodating, thoughtful, exacting, seriously professional and highly motivated to meet my every need without hesitation and while smiling as if they meant it the whole time. Kamran the store GM and Rose the store AM are exemplary employees, always on top of my questions and acting with alacrity and skill at handling my rentals. When the competitor bullied me into believing I needed to buy damage waiver insurance, attempting to shame me into purchasing it, I left and migrated to Hertz. That decision was one of my better ideas. Thank you Kamran and Rose and Hertz. Having you on my team allows me the freedom to know that in my hour of need - you will be there for me and my family and business needs. For that I am grateful.
