Amy is one of the best stylus around. I've been going to her for years. I've been happy with her cut and especially her color. It's now Kinetic Hair Salon.

The freaking best salon in central texas been going for three years now love the sass family friendly and excellent service don't go a day without a compliment on the hair!

I agree with the previous post. Most of the personnel at Sass are friendly, but the lady who cut my hair was totally unprofessional. She was pissed about something and you could tell by how she was curt, snappy and rude. She even spoke poorly about another stylist and a customer in front of the whole section. I was embarrassed to be sitting there listening to her talk. I have been a loyal customer for some time now, but I am taking my business else where. If she could speak about another customer like that, she could do it to anyone and I won't support such utter rudeness!

It’s been a week since my first visit to Sass Salon and Spa and it was my last. The people there seemed friendly but the end result was not what I wanted. I was wanting to get big, loose curls; almost waves put in my hair. So I thought I would try out Sass Salon and Spa since they did body waves. I usually drive to Waco to LaBella Visage but thought I would try a local Salon... which now I wish I would've just drove to Waco. The woman that took care of me seemed friendly enough and seemed to know what she could do to achieve the look I wanted. After all was said and done... the curls were not what I wanted and then to top it off I showed her a picture of a hair style I wanted with long swooped bangs and got short ones (which made that part of my hair curlier). She felt bad and even though she took off $20 for the bang mistake I still walked out of there paying $70!!! Now I'm out of $70 only to turn around and hope my friend, who is not a licensed cosmetologist, can get some of this curl out for me and do something with these bangs. Needless to say… I’ll continue driving to Waco to LaBella Visage where I haven’t had a problem.
