I agree with who was before me. You are never greeted and always need to wait until the owner is finished speaking with her kids/workers before she will put you in for a bed. Gossips about old owners and never has anything nice to say. Speaks to you like she thinks she is better than you. Daughter is a very sweet girl but the owner obviously does not know how to treat customers! I go because it's cheap but very disastisfied, i'm already looking for another place to tan!

I would not recommend ANYONE to go here! So my apartment complex signed a deal with this tanning salon, anyone who was on the lease got to tan for free there and you get to choose any bed. So I decided to try it out. The first time I went in there I got greeted with a blank stare, no hello or anything, just 3 people staring at me!! How uncomfortable is that!!!!! Every time I've been in there its been super uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure this is the most unprofessional place I've been to as well. The second time in I find out this is the usual spot for the whole family to hang out at., I don't get acknowledged until there done with there discussion and as we'll as the 3rd time also family day and she finishes her conversation with her son before I get noticed. 4th time I find out why I never get to choose the bed I want to tan in, because they don't clean them until every single one has been used. 5th time keep in mind I only keep going he

re because its free, I'm getting ready to get in the bed and I hear a big crash from the room next to me and I hear the owner say "oh my gosh good thing that didn't happen to someone tanning in here!". So at this point I'm just gonna go a couple more times because I'm about to go on vacation. So I waited about three minutes for the lady to stop gossiping on the phone before I get put in the computer and get to go in a bed. I get told to go to bed 4 and someone is in there already so she tells me to go to bed 2. I get naked and ready to tan.. OH she forgot to activate the bed! So I yell out "can you turn on bed 2!" And she says " it's the green button above your head". I'm just thinking ok I was just hear yesterday and she doesn't think I know how to turn on the bed? So I tell her " I know that I pressed the button and its not turning on". And she repeats "

It's the green button above your head". So I tried again and she must have activated it after that because it then turned on. So she made me feel like a complete idiot!!!! Finally I go in today and another family affair! They stand there discussing if the sandwich they got has mayo or mustard on it for a few minutes before acknowledging I was there AGAIN!!! And she tells me only the stand up bed is available so I sit and wait for the next bed. A girl comes out from the back and no one gets up to clean a bed for me so I got up and said you know what I'll just do the stand up and what do u know I was right! Bed 2 was open and ready to be cleaned and used!!! I'm glad I didn't Wait around for that! I wonder if I would have to wait for everyone to get out of the beds and all of them to be dirty before they started cleaning one for me!!! I have had it!! Even though its free I refuse to go back there and you know that's sad when you pass up something free! What's better than free?? I don't know if their trafficking drugs through there and they don't care about getting business or what there problem is! Even though I'm tanning for free there still getting paid somehow(apartment complex) and hello word of mouth I'm gonna tell everyone of my friends NOT to go to that place I wouldn't want to put them through that!! And I'm not the one to write reviews on the Internet but I was absolutely in shock by how this place is being ran!!!
