Had system installed 5 years ago, we have the carrier infinity system. Came home from work and it said system malfunction on the thermostat so I called them at 5pm and the serviceman joe arrived at my house the same night around 9pm and had us up and running in no time for no charge had the 10 year warranty

From the moment we spoke with Dog, for the conversion from oil to natural gas, we were impressed by his knowledge of the products he was recommending for the job. Nancy, who works in their office, was very helpful in explaining the step by step procedures for how things were going to be accomplished. When it was time for the installation of the air conditioning and furnace, both Larry and Sam worked together and seemed to know just what each other needed to keep the job moving along smoothly. Larry and Sam should be commended for their mechanical abilities, not a single minute was wasted. When the job was completed and all the old equipent was removed, you would not have been able to tell that anyone was there working in our home, they were very tidy.
