Need to list hours of operations

1st time there, requested a House oil change (cheapest) along with a car wash. When the oil change was done, it took a long time for them to come up with the receipt. They finally found it, I paid it and went to take the car around for the wash. When I got home, I noticed the receipt read a Silver oil change (about $10 more then the house). Gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was mis-communication or an honest mistake. Couple of days later, had my kid bring in the other car for oil change. They told her it would be $10 more because it needed a special filter. When she called, I told her to take the car back and I'll check it out with my old mechanic (I moved away). Couldn't get in touch with him, so I told her to bring it back and just pay extra $10 and get it done. This time they said they couldn't get the filter off, it was too tight. Took the car to toyota, got oil change with no problem with filter. I think they were mad because she took the car back. Beware
