Let me start off by saying that I have never, in my life, written one bad review, but this establishment practically begged me to sign up and write one! A&D Buggies is the ABSOLUTE WORSTTT CLASSIC VOLKSWAGEN ESTABLISHMENT in the South Bay. ZERO STARSSS! NEGATIVE STARSS! (they do not deserve 1 star) These guys are unprofessional, inconsiderate, do not make the necessary repairs to get your Bug back on the road. Lets go over unprofessional I asked for a receipt for my business transaction and the owner wrote it down on a post it! ON A POST IT!!! These people put 1 of 4 claps back on to my hot air exchange cooling system, and then just stopped and didn't even bother to put the other 3 clamps (which I paid for!). If I had not taken a look under the hood, I would have broken down somewhere on my way to work or school! When I came back at 5:40 everyone was gone except Peter and he said we close at 6 and walked away, they are thoughtless, uncaring, selfish and unsympathetic. This is not an establishment where they conduct business transactions and expect a standard of balanced reciprocity these people TAKE YOUR MONEY! They charged me $60 to put one clamp on and "adjust" my clutch which still laying on my floor. I called back to tell Wayne the owner about this and he HUNG UP ON ME!! (I didn't bother calling back) Don't let these terrible, careless, negligent and down right BAD MECHANICS fool you with their nice guy act, they don't care about you, your Volkswagen and its apparent in the quality of their work they don't care about genuinely fixing your car and/or doing it the right way. Do not under any circumstances take your bug to this place! You might as well just open your trunk(hood) and kick your engine and charge yourself 60 bucks because thats exactly what A&D Buggies did to me!



BOTTOM LINE!

My purpose is to inform all my fellow Volkswagen enthusiasts and car guys to steer clear from the filthy waters that is formally known as A&D Buggies. Whether I paid $1 or $1000, I did not write this review because I lost 60 bucks, I want make sure no one else ever goes here to experience there appalling customer service and horrendous mechanical standards for your prized and treasured Bug (or bus). NEVER GO HERE! I love cars and Bugs I don't want anyone with a Bug, Bus, lawnmower, or even remote control car to go these people.
