Went to BJ's for the first time, worst service, food wasn't cooked as order. Purchase movie tickets $8 each, got bill for everything, asking for tip on total amount of purchase. Why pay a tip, period, when you don't get silverware, wife got fish n chips, so had to use her silverware, didn't get any refills on my tea and or water. Wanted to go there because of always having a line, waste of my time

We went here for the first time today. We ordered a beer and a cocktail. The waitress brought the drink out about 10 minutes later. After another 10 mins she took our main order... The food was very good but rarely saw our waitress, who was not extremely friendly to begin with... I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys just being served your food but no true customer experience.

Their food is terific especially the vocado eggrolls.

They always asks their customers to review their dinning experience and when you do they give you a free apitizer. Very quick and easy. Best part is they really listen to your suggestions.
