Provided by YP.comDoctors and nurses are very nice and encouraging but the front desk who greets and answers the phone are not and can be rude. They seem to try to create a comfortable environment for patients under stressful times but their front desk staff makes the patient feel bad or stupid for not knowing the process to schedule procedures or how to coordinate procedures with their ob gyn. They talk "about" you and how you didn't follow their instructions (even though you weren't told) to others right in front of you. Why put this on the patient and cause them more stress vs helping the patient through the process and even help coordinate with a patients ob gyn, especially if its their first time. It is as if they don't want the business if you are not working with them exclusively. I'll be following up with the Director on my experiences.

Provided by YP.comThe staff at RMA were caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. They are very efficient, and no matter how busy they were, we always felt as if we were their top priority. They succeeded in getting us pregnant, and for that, we will always be grateful. I highly recommend RMA to anyone struggling with infertility issues.
