This school cares nothing for students. All they care for is money for the two owners and two dead beat daughters. The director treats employees and students terrible. The teacher turn over is very high. Talk about abusing the system in regards to lying about number of students who actually attend! They take the cake!

What I like most about Southern Arizona Community Academy is that it's not too big of a school so I received a lot of help and personal attention when needed. I always recommend them to friends and family, in fact, my brother is going there because of how much I liked it.

All of the instructors I had at SACA were so helpful. The flexible schedule was a huge help because it allowed me to work too. The one on one instruction really allowed me to get the help and time i needed to solve any problems or questions I had.

What I have learned from SACA is that if I try I can succeed. The help here is great and the staff shows concern and wants you to graduate. I definitely get more out of learning here with the one-on-one teaching style in the classroom and they help keep me on track. I am so excited to graduate and I feel pretty confident that I am going to be prepared for what life brings me after SACA!

I finished all of the Spanish that I need for college here which was a relief when I was in high school. It was definitely beneficial and I like how the teachers always encouraged me to try different activities that they offered.

I am very comfortable, and I like the different options they have available to the students. The different times to come in and get our work done makes it easy for me to get other things done during the week. The teachers here are very good with the students and do whatever they can to help.- Lorraine V

I just graduated from the Southern Arizona Community Academy this June. The one on one instruction was my favorite thing about SACA. With it being one on one you can't just slip by- if you're struggling with a subject the teacher will stay with you and work on it until you understand. It's a great teaching method!- D.L.

The Good Things: - Only have to complete 5 hours Monday- Thursday and 4 hours on Friday - Can work at your own pace so you can graduate early - Can attend college courses at Pima - Can get microsoft certified - The teachers are really nice and they try their best to get you prepared for the aims - One on One instruction The Bad Things: - There's only 5 teachers for 80 kids. Sometimes when you ask for help you can be sitting there for hours before they even notice you - There are only two classrooms. That means the classrooms get really loud and distracting.

Southern Arizona Community Academy is different from other schools because: you get individual help, you work at your own pace, they have fun and educational fieldtrips, the lunch is great, the people are great, the teachers and staff are cool, and the hours are great. I like SACA because they have fun after school activities like digital yearbook, basketball, chess club, creative writing, and many more. Digital yearbook is the best because I interview the teachers and re-watch them and edit them. The only thing you should worry about is the rules, but if you follow them you shouldn't have a problem. The hours are great you only have to do 5 hours Monday through Thursday and on Friday you only have to do 4 hours.Breaks are great too because they give us lunch and you get to hang out with your friends.SACA is a great school if youre planning on graduating early or if you're having trouble in traditional schools.

When I graduated from SACA, I not only had 16 college credits (they pay for you to take classes at Pima Community College) but I was also certified in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. SACA pays for you to take Microsoft certification exams! I could have also take other Microsoft certification exams... the opportunities at this school are endless.

Here at SACA its a self paced school and you get more one on one time with the teachers. Its also a smaller school which has advantages, such theres more of a chance that you will make more friends while youre here. Thats not the only good thing about this school. There are awesome teachers who take their job beyond teaching; they are also there for you. SACA is a safe place so if youre ever in need you can come here and be safe the staff here will find a way to provide for you. The schedule is very flexible - you have to do 5 hours Monday-Thursday and on Friday four hours. If you dont make your hours you can come in on Saturdays to make them up. Also you can come in between 7am and 5pm Monday through Thursday and 7am through 1pm on Friday. Coming to SAC A is a great opportunity you can get your high school diploma and maybe even a scholarship and not to mention if you really try you can graduate early.

Saca is different because its a self paced school, you also get to work with teachers more and theres less drama. Here at SACA things are easier than they would be at a public school, you can join and play sports and after school programs like, yearbook, chess, creating your future, basketball, softball, soccer, and flag football. There are many opportunities that you can have just by coming here. At Saca everyone knows everyone. SACA is a fun and great place that you can come and learn 24 hours a week Monday through Thursday 7 am to 5pm, Fridays 7am to 1pm, and on Saturdays 7am to 12pm.

It has a system that adapts to every teenager, in a good way.1.Students are tested when they first arrive. The results of these tests determine what courses that particular person is ready to take.2.The students are then pretty much given a choice on what courses they feel they are capable of completing. That doesnt mean the student chooses what they want to do, and what they dont do, SACA follows all the state regulations.3. Each text book, like math, is assigned into two binders. Basically, the work is split in half. Each binder has a due date, of say, two/three weeks. The student is expected to turn their work in on time, but if the student chooses, they can work on their own pace.4.By working on their own pace, students can either graduate early, or graduate on time. 5.One-on-one tutoring is available anytime, for free.6.If you need help from a teacher, you simply raise the card, and put it in the designated slot. Rest assured, help will arrive shortly.

My name is Stephen.I am currently enrolled at SACA.I will be your guide today, on the tour of SACA!The system here at SACA is unique. The teachers are AWESOME. The PIMA courses are way COOL! Bilingualism is available. Te gusta? Lunch is available, with different lunch schedules. Sports offered at SACA vary from soccer, football, softball, basketball and hopefully, baseball. The clubs also vary different activities. We have Chess Club, Math Club, Year Book, Spanish Club, Creative writing, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), and a lot others. NHS (National Honors Society) is another club offered, where only the Elite students are accepted.
