At first when I went into Alyssa's/Glitter.... the guy that was helping me was very kind, helpful and was flattering.. but when then when it came down get my wedding dress fitted he began to be too helpful a few times... he was trying to get into the fitting room with me!! I thought "well he's just trying to help me get this dress on".. but then when I put my cup inserts in my dress to see where they needed to be sewn in.. he took it upon him self to reach down the top of my dress and adjust them him self, making me feel super uncomfortable!! Form then on I had my soon- to- be- mother- in- law help me in and out of the dress....... (to be continued)

(continued)........ BUT It doesn't stop there!! After the alterations were done I returned (with a family member to help me) to have the "finished" product fitted again. The dress had fit good all the way up until the bust area... we couldn't get it zipped up! The guy began to try to tell me that my chest must have grown!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! IF my chest had grown a full 2 INCHS... don't you think I would have known about it?... I politely ask him to please stop making excuses because at that point he was trying to say it was my fault that dress didn't fit. I tried to explain to him that I understand that people make mistakes... he began to be argumentative with me!! And insisted that it was the growth of my chest that was the issue!! I couldn't believe it!!

(Continued)He then didn't say nothing more to me but "get dress, the wedding gown has to go back to get fixed" I still kept my cool and asked for the measuring tape so that when my dress went back to the seamstress or who ever would have the right measurements. Let's just say... when I finally got my wedding dress back... the inserts were sewn in off centered! i just had my mother in law fix it.AND Then to TOP IT ALL OFF!!! During my first visit to the store I had bought a head peace. A few the crystal stones and pearls fell off in the box on the way home... and since it had happen after I had bought it..(for $85) I couldn't return it!!My experience with this place has not been good and would not recommend it to anyone. I also noticed after the fact of all my bad experiences they're not "in" too well the BBB as well. I would say if you are going to do business with this business- be careful
