The hockey instructor did not return our phone call from two days ago asking what time we needed to be here for practice. Then I finally got ahold of another employee today who said we had to be here 45 minutes early. I told her we live an hour away but I would leave immediately to get him there. We were in line waiting for the gear and when it was our turn the coach said he didn't have time to give my son equipment and it was the last class of the season anyway so just bring him back next year. I asked him why he couldn't just hand him the gear since we were standing in line for it and were next. So he spent about fifteen minutes telling us how it was the last session for the year etc and after I went to the front desk he came over and told them that it was the last session anyway. She told him that actually there was another one next week. In all the time he spent discussing how he didn't have time, he could have simply handed us the equipment. He seems highly disorganized, rude and like he really doesn't have any desire to take any more kids into the lessons which is probably why there are only four kids taking the lesson. I am guessing that if he returned phone calls and acted like he actually wanted to coach hockey to kids that they would have more than four. What a waste of time.

If you have skated there long enoghf you know that their not the best ice rink.ps never trust the pro shop.I tried to buy a pair figure skates there and we had totake them back three times and they lied to us mutiple times.do not go there!
