I have 15 years of experience providing counseling to adults, children, adolescents, couples, families and groups. My therapeutic orientation includes family systems, cognitive behavioral, eco-psychology, and feminist personal empowerment interventions. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tools. . Fee sliding scale is available.
