the low-rating, cursing, ranting review is obviously a drive-by troll/attack. i've been a customer here for years -- bought all our tools here, lots of guitars and amps and other vintage goodies. the place is clean and the workers are over-the-top helpful. great prices (at least on the stuff i buy) and they always stand behind the products. i love coming here -- and trust the transaction above and beyond craigslist.
