I am trained to help my clients to integrate their beliefs and values with their actions, hopes, and dreams. I use a blend of various psychotherapies and positive psychology. The therapeutic approaches I draw from are specific to my client’s needs. My approach is warm and non-judgmental yet solution-focused. I have been licensed since 2002 and have 28+ years of professional experience working with major depression, anxiety, parenting, step-parenting, family and child therapy, chemical dependency, addictions, sexual abuse recovery, women’s issues, crisis intervention, communication skill building, and spiritual/ethical integration.
