I can not belive what this person wrote. I have been there many times with my van and so has all of the people from my work, and I work for company that has over fifty employees in it, and I have not heard of any one of them with a problem with this monro.

In fact the store manager Shane Demoura is one of the honest people that I have every meet.

And my follow employees feel the same way.

That person how wrote that other review must be one of those people that you just cannot please. He sounds like he just looks for ways to make other people unhappy because he is so unhappy with his own life..

Today I went there for an oil change and I requested for a tire rotation. When I came back the manager Shane Demoura said that the tire rotation was done. But I marked my tires before and saw that he never rotated me tires. Then he told me that he never did it. This was a very dishonest thing to do. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of their scamming lies.
