We brought our "daughter" Messy in for a long overdue grooming. She is a black lab/chow mix with arthritis and hates getting her hips and tail brushed. Jenna was calm, confident and assured us that she could handle Messy. So we went shopping in the store area. After about 15 minutes we decided to go home. Jenna said she would call us when Messy was done. The moment we saw Messy we were in total shock. We knew she would be clean that's expected. But what we saw in Messy's eyes and demeanor was awesome. She had received the best massage and pampering experience of her life. JENNA is wonderful! Our entire family loves Jenna. She was professional and personable with us. But she was so much more with Messy. Jenna is an ASSET to your organization! You need to make sure that you do something to let her know that you agree with us when we say that she is an asset. Now we will never be able to wash Messy ourselves again it will always have to be done by Jenna. Thank you, D.Bynum
