horrible place wheels got scratched said something to owner very rude will never go there again not customer service oriented go elsewhere you've been warned

$25 for the best service (includes trunk) You still have rugs in need of vacuuming, door jambs and a trunk that was not touched... I could see the trunk wasn't done from inside where I see them working on the car and then request again it be done... The attendant then goes out and has them do that.... I tip them $5 and we leave... I start looking around as we are pulling out to see the cup holders are the same and the floor is still in need of vacuuming... We pull over and I open the door and run my hand on the door jamb and its filthy still... I open the trunk lid and the jamb in there is still dusty... We go back and I point this stuff out the same attendant... With an attitude he tells me that "those are scuffs" and I wipe the jamb and show him the dirt left behind... He then tells me "that's detail work, but we"ll do those for you" and as for the vacuuming, no action... The cup holders he said they can't get in there to clean those because the vinyl lining in the bottom is carpet.

Only good for cheapest service.... Then go back again to give them one last chance to correct it... and get the police called and thrown off the property and have obscenity's and profanity screamed at me by "the owner" while I remain calm (I have the recording of the whole last interaction) it will be posted elsewhere. In a response to another review he mentions "I can't make an older car look new again" The car in question is a 2009, and can look as good as new in the hands of anyone with competence.

Don't trust your car to anyone else! I live an hour away, but bring my car to this place for a superior wash and mini-detail. I pay twice as much for the same service in Penna.

The service is fast and any issues are quickly addressed by the owners. Their restrooms are clean and not "scary" like other places I've been. My car always leaves with a "showroom finish"; people constantly ask me how do I get my dashboard so shiny. I'm proud to say that I am a loyal customer!

Turned on my wipers and scratched my windshield....Also 22 bucks for a horrible car wash.

Been going here for for sometime even when a friend had told me not to bring my car to this spot.... For my surprise now I know why. Yesterday my left front wheel got scratch off all around. I ask to speak who in the first 5 minutes of the conversation spoke the "F- word". Don't go here if you have a decent car...I told him to put my car on the conveyor and see if the scratches meet the height and guess what... He didn't agree to (of course). If he was so sure it didn't happen there why not place the car on the rails just to prove his point. If you have decent car think about it before you go there... The law in terms of that is a "he said she said". The best way to make these business owner respect customers properties is to not support them. If after this review you still take your car there... I wish you the best of luck... You're going to need it!
