IN FEB I HAD TO GET 3 FILL IN THAT I HAVE TO GET RE-FILL. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT @ NOON WAITED WATCHING AND WONDERING WHY IS THERE MAJORITY OF EVERST STUDENT? I WAS LIKE OK WHATEVER THEY MUST BE TRAINING, WHEN I FINAL SAT IN THE DENTIST CHAIR I WAS NERVOUS B/C THE COLLEGE GIRL GRAB THE WRONG THING AND ETC. SO THEY NUMB MY GUM WHICH I THOUGHT MY THROAT WAS GOING TO CLOSE B/C THEY USE THAT OVER THE COUNTER GEL FOR TEETH PAIN? THE LONG HAIR MAN CAME IN DID WHATEVER AND I HAD THIS METAL SHARP PIECE IN MY MOUTH I GUESS IT WAS UNDER MY TONGUE B/C THEY DIDN'T SEE IT WHEN I STOP THEM AND I TRY NOT TO SWALLOW B/C IT WAS KINDOF CLOSE OF BEING SWALLOW SO, I STARTED MOVING MY TONGUE AROUND AND I WAS DETERMINE TO GET IT OUT FROM UNDER MY TONGUE AND FINALLY I GOT IT AND I HEARD SOMEONE SAY "OH" LIKE THEY WERE SHOCK AND I WAS LIKE IS ANYBODY GOING TO GET IT B/C 3 EVERST GIRLS INCLUDING THE MAN WAS AROUND ME AND THE MAN SAID THAT HE NOT GETTING IT.I WAS SAYING TO MYSELF I KNOW I DIDN'T NOT JUST HEAR THAT AND I WAS ABLE TO GET UP AND LEAVE I WOULD HAVE AND CURSE HIM OUT BUT MY MOUTH WAS NUMB AND HURTING. AND SO SOMEONE TOOK IT OFF OF MY TONGUE AND THE MAN SAY SHE KEEP IT AND THEN I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HE MADE THIS STATEMENT THAT " WE HAVE TO TREAT ALL CLIENTS THE SAME IF THEY HAVE DIFFERENT INSURANCE?I KNOW I HAVE CHANGE INSURANCE B/C OF MY JOB.???? SO HE GOT FINISH AND MY MOUTH/JAW WAS HURTING AND I HAD CAVITIES DONE BEFORE AND IT DIDN'T HURT THIS BAD. FOR 4 DAY I WAS IN PAINI TOLD THE GUY I HAVE ALOTS OF PAIN. MY MOM GOT OFF FROM WORK LATE AND WAS ABLE TO MEET ME AT THE OFFICE I WAS STILL SITTING DOWN 1 HOUR TILL SOMEONE SEEN ME. MY DENTIST THE LONG HAIR MAN DIDN'T CORRECT IT IT WAS SOME OTHER MAN, EVEN THOUGHT THE THIS DIFFERENT OTHER GIRL TOLD HIM THAT I WAS HIS PATIENT AND I DIDN'T TOO MUCH CARE FOR HER B/C SHE WAS BLAH BLAH ABOUT MY WISDOM TOOTH NEED TO GET PULL THAT WHY THEY GIVE OUT REFERREL AND I TOLD HER IM NOT IN NOT PAIN FOR IT TO COME OUT. I TRY TO BE NICE BUT I REALIZE THEY NOT GETTING NO PROFIT FOR ME GETTING MY WIDSOM TEETH PULL. I JUST COULDN'T TAKE IT NO MORE THE PAIN AND I WAITED THIS LONG. THE DIFFERENT MAN CAN I THINK HE HAD A BEARD AND KINDOF CUBBY HE SO-SO HE HAD FILE DOWN ALOTS OF THAT SILVER STUFF WHICH I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN MY MOUTH BUT,

I had an appointment with this dentist a few weeks ago and I was horrified. I sat in the waiting room after all the other patients had been called back. I sat in the waiting room for roughly 15-20 minutes and watched the hygienists giggling and talking in a big group in the front office. I couldn't understand why they weren't doing their jobs while patients were waiting.



When I did get into the exam room I had a hygienist who spoke such awful English that I could barely understand a word she said. She was an Asian woman and she wore a shower cap on her head the entire time she was cleaning my teeth. And she did a horrible job at that, too. I had water all over my face and she kept hitting me in the face with the tube that is connected to the toothbrush. It was like I was the first person whose teeth she had ever cleaned in her entire life.



The doctor came in and proceeded to do his exam. He was wearing a shirt and tie and not scrubs. He did not wear a mask during the exam and he breathed all over me the entire time. I asked him a question about a dental concern and he told me to "stop hollering at him" and that "he had done nothing wrong." I had only asked him a question about one of my teeth and he didn't seem to want to be bothered to give me an answer. He finally told me what could be done to fix my tooth and the price it would be. The price was not outrageous, but I vowed never to get near his office ever again. This was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever visited. I would recommend that anyone who needs a dentist should look elsewhere. The effort to find a different dentist will be worth it.

IT WAS THE WORST DENTIST EVER...THEY SUGGESTED I GET SOME FILLINGS REDONE SO I DID AND NOW I END UP OWING THEM TWICE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY ESTIMATED AND I HAVE TO GET A CROWN ON ONE OF THE TEETH THEy SUPPOSEDLY FIXED...RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!
