If you want the best Chinese food in all Visalia you must try Kow loons been going there for several years food is so good and the service is just as good I don't know how they do it but they are always happy and smiling and very nice.

Without a doubt, the best tasting Chinese restaurant in town. Portions are huge for the price. Friendly service makes you feel like you are at home.
