I called them and left a message regarding touring their facility before making a decision whether or not to board my cat...that was over a month ago and still NO answer. I guess they don't need the business!!

I 'VE HAD UNCOUNTABLE NUMBERS OF VETS THRU THE YRS - NONE WERE AS GOOD AS THIS. OUR CALISTA/CAT DEVELOPED EYE CANCER WE HAD NO $ FOR TREATMENT. THEY HELPED US GET A GRANT FROM THE ORG. "F.A.C.E.". THOUGH A CHARITY CASE SHE WAS NEVER TREATED AS SUCH. SHE WAS PARTICULARY CALM W/THE AIDE SUSAN. WE COULD SEE THAT ALL THE STAFF HAD REAL AFFECTION FOR CALISTA. THE DRS/ STAFF BEHIND THE SCENES & FRONT STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. WE DEALT W/EVELINNI MOSTLY UP FRONT &. EVEN WHEN THERE WAS BEDLAM, W/DOGS BARKING PHONES RINGING PEOPLE AT THE DESK - YOU WERE TREATED CALMLY/PROFESSIONALLY- EVEN WHEN WE CALLED OFTEN FOR UPDATES/QUEST./MED REFILL - THEY NEVER MADE US FEEL WE WERE A BOTHER. UNFORTUNATLEY THE CANCER CAME BACK & WE HAD TO ENDURE THE MOST PAINFUL PART OF HAVING PETS. ASTONISHINGLY SUSAN CAME IN ON HER DAY OFF TO SUPPORT US THRU IT. THE DR & HER LET US TAKE THE TIME WE NEEDED. THE COMPASSION & LOVE WENT BEYOND THEIR JOB. WE HAVE 4 MORE PRECIOUS CATS & WE FEEL SAFE W/SHADOWRIDGE ON OUR SIDE

This is the best Vet in Town... probably the best vet I have ever been to. We have several dogs and cats and have been going to them for care for almost 10 years. The Doctors spend a lot of time in the rooms and explain everything. The staff is very caring and sympathetic. They always give me an estimate for what the care will cost before I leave my pet. Often times they are under their own estimate. If they need to go over it, they will call first. They have all the latest things, like laser, ultrasound, endoscopy etc. They even had a specialist come in to perform a knee operation on my pet when he tore his cruciate ligament. All the Doctors are the best and actually diagnose the problems instead of just throwing out unnecessary injections or medicines. If you need a vet go to Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital.
