Small and old fashioned establishment. The owner/older gentleman behind the counter is always nice and takes care of fixes then and there whenever possible. I've been going here for years!

The individual was asked to regulate a swiss made pocket watch. He had the tools to do so and affirmed that the watch was running a few minutes slow. He refused to make the adjustment because the watch was an antique. When informed that the watch was NOT antique but of current production, he refused to make the adjustment because it was a NEW watch. I am not sure why the gentleman was so dead set against performing this simple service. To have done so would have earned him a fair fee and a measure of good will. Nevertheless, a man has the right to refuse to do anything in the wide world he does not want to do. I am very sorry I bothered this man
