I wish I could give negative stars! Moving Relocation Systems are liars who don't take responsibility for the theft and damage that occurred during our move. I don't know how they keep their license. They make false claims like "All moves done through Moving Relocation are done by our crews and drivers!" That's a direct quote from an email they sent me. Once they arrived in Las Vegas, they hired workers on the street in front of a local Home Depot. I was assured by Senior Moving Consultant Josh, manager Dylan and partner Mike that my items would go directly from the box truck onto a tractor trailer. I specifically stated I did not want my possessions stored in a warehouse. My loadout was rushed because they said a tractor trailer was specifically waiting for my items and would leave that night for Las Vegas. I only found out after the disastrous move that my stuff was put into a warehouse and then loaded the next day.I could not communicate with the crew during the load out because only the driver spoke english. This created a problem because I had specific instructions for some very delicate items that were marked very fragile and had to be handled with extreme care. We had several boxes with musical equipment that had arrows indicating which way they was up and wrote DO NOT STACK ANYTHING ON TOP. These instructions were either ignored or not understood, because the boxes that showed up were smashed, crushed, shredded and some never arrived. On the Las Vegas side, our agreement was the crew was I would meet the truck for them to drop certain things off at a storage facility and load most of the items onto a U-Haul which I rented. They would then deliver these items to my new home, and reassemble the furniture they took apart in New York. They were supposed to give me at least a 30 minute advance notice prior to arrival in Las Vegas, so I could meet them at the storage place. I got a call from the manager at the storage facility saying the movers were waiting. After loading most of my stuff onto the U-haul, the driver told me they were not going to be able to deliver the items to my new home because they were running late. They left me stranded in a new city in 110 degree weather with a full U-Haul, mattresses and boxes on the pavement and no way to get them to my new place. I had to leave my things unattended while I looked up a local mover. This came at an additional expense to me, which Mike said he would reimburse, and never did. I was left with a disassembled sofa, reclining chair, and two bedroom sets at 10pm after an extremely stressful day.Most of the boxes that arrived were either smashed, crushed or out right shredded. Some were opened and it appeared to have been rifled through. Precious photos were flying out of shredded boxes. They were supposed to check off every item as it was offloaded to ensure everything arrived. The driver refused to do that and just instructed the crew to unload the truck. At least 12 boxes never showed up, including a filing cabinet with important documents, musical equipment, games and game consoles, laptops, iPads, kitchen appliances and clothing. Our identities could be in the hands of heaven knows who, since they used non employees to handle our precious items. There were at least two boxes that were in the shipment behind ours that they insisted were not ours, but I could clearly see were ours. After arguing with the driver, who was in an extreme hurry to leave, he agreed to look at those boxes, which were, in fact, ours. The movers also gave us boxes that did not belong to us. There were no identifying markings on them and we have no idea who they belong to. We were told to with keep them items or throw them out. I can't help but wonder if they did the same with any of our missing boxes? Since we know they used non-employees who were picked up on street corners, we have no idea how many people had access to our shipment along the way. How do so many items go missin

I was very impressed with the customer services of Moving Relocation Systems. They called me back in just ten minutes with an amazingly fair quote. The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment very quickly. The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made within the allotted time. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. One of my tables had some scratches on it but I suspect those were there from before. The movers did an excellent job and I commend them for it. This company really provides premium services on a budget.

The move team did a wonderful job moving my items, Some of which were very heavy or oddly shaped. But the guys never gave up, were on time and courteous, and exceeded my expectations. The office staff set appropriate expectations on timing for the move and they were courteous as well. Overall my experience was excellent and I will use them again if I move

We had a two day move and the movers were able to store our furniture on the truck for two days. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They wrapped the furniture and moved quickly. We were apprehensive about having 5 movers since we moved from a condo and thought they would be in each other's way...not true. They were fantastic. They were also friendly

Movers were on time and speedy. Extra box was provided for miscellaneous items (suitcase, etc). No damage to any of my items (including particle board furniture, but also an oak bookshelf, pine headboard, etc). Furniture was wrapped in saran wrap to protect from any scratches or gorges. Move-in to my new apartment was quick and easy - i was concerned about fitting my sofa in, but the movers aligned it and brought it in through the tight doorway. I would recommend the movers to my friends, the move estimate was accurate and the move (of about a 1bd/studio worth of belongings) took about 90 minutes.

I was very pleased with the movers. All (5) were professional in their attitude. They handled my furniture with care and after placing furniture did not seem to mind changing the position when I requested it. The item that was left on the truck was returned promptly. My entire experience with everyone, from office staff to the movers and the price was wonderful. I will recommend them to anyone who is moving.

I am a realtor and have heard so many horror stories so I was more than a little nervous about moving. When our move date got changed and we needed a mover fast, I called several movers. They were professional and helpful on the phone, the e mailed estimate was just what we talked about. The movers arrived in the rain and wind and had smiles on their faces and got to work. They were fast and worked hard for 10 hours! All of our furniture was wrapped and carefully put in the truck. The unloading of the truck was fast and hen they left and shook our hands and thanked us. Great experience.

We couldn't have been any more pleased or impressed with our recent experience! It was a challenging move, with lots of stairs, heavy and awkward furniture, and tricky rooms to navigate. They were completely professional and so so so polite, both to us and to each other. I was impressed with how hard and steady they worked, and how well they communicated in order to have a plan for the day. They were far more careful with our things than we expected, and took care to look out for walls and door jambs at the same time. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and will most certainly recommend the company to anyone who needs the service. A million thanks!

My sister has used them before and was Very satisfied. I have to tell you that the two gentlemen that came to move my items were not only very caring, protected my items, buy making sure every item was securely covered but very respectful. Now a days I think the biggest issue with companies is the lack of customer service but not so with these two gentlemen. I would not only recommend your company, I would love to see more companies take your lead in customer service. I think the key to any companies success is that they value there employees as well. If the employees are happy so will your customers. Thank You again for a stress free move.

We needed some help moving our belongings into two storage pods. The crew did a fantastic job packing everything into the storage units. They were very careful when they were moving all of my belongings. Nothing was damaged in any way. Also, they were very polite and professional. They worked diligently the entire time. We would use them again!

The movers arrived 30 mins early. They clearly communicated the time they would arrive (we even texted while I was in a meeting and could not take calls). They brought the proper supplies to complete their job. They were careful with my items. The were extremely fast, professional, and courteous. They made what could have been a very stressful day very relaxing. I highly recommend. I am very thankful I chose this company.

The experience I had with them everything was pretty much done exactly as they said they would. I spoke with the company and they scheduled me a week in advance. They called me in a timely manner-the day before twice and left me two voicemails and confirmed. The next morning I got a phone 30 minutes that would arrive. It took them about 5 1/2 hours to complete the move for a two bedroom apartment. Throughout the move the three gentlemen were very much at alert and they helped put me at ease with the transition of the move. They showed me things that were damaged so they weren't liable for anything. They were very timely with the amount of furniture they had to move. They did a good job. They were friendly, cordial and easy to work with. They did everything in a timely manner and were very efficient.

I loved being able to talk thru the process over the phone. It was very well explained how and what was needed. They also went over the cost and options to make me comfortable about what I needed to pay for. I had to call back a few times for questions and they always answered the phone. They also called me to confirm the appointment as well as what I needed. They seemed genuinely concerned that they get my move right and that they show up with what we needed. They did exactly as promised. They were courteous and friendly.

Whole team was on time and Came prepared to host bed off the 2nd floor balcony - I know I could have never done this myself. Took very good care of not only the furniture but made sure that the floors were not scratched or walls not hit. Also have contemporary furniture and they unscrewed all of the legs to make sure there were no issues. Also ended up having to move furniture around once we arrived at the new place. The guys were very concerned they arranged everything just the way we needed it. Will be using them again very soon!

I needed to move my mother to an assisted living facility and I only had a few days. They fit me into their schedule. They were on time! The young men were not only efficient but personable. The move took less time than I was quoted so it cost less than I thought. It made a stressful situation much easier. If this kind of service is available nationwide I can see why Us moving relocations are such a successful business. I am 100% satisfied.

Office staff promptly returned my calls, movers were very nice and wanted to know what more they could do. We put signs up in the rooms where furniture should go. Movers acted appreciative of that information. My granddaughter was with me at the time and they also commented on the fact that we kept her out of their way...Perhaps people would appreciated knowing about the signs (my neighbor gave me that hint), and the safety issues of children. Nice young men. It was a hot day and they worked hard. Thanks so much. Although I don't plan on moving again any time soon, I will highly recommend them to friends.

Exceptionally well run organization with a surprisingly high degree of professionalism. What impressed me the most was the degree of ownership and pride the Associates had in their work. The truck was extremely clean and the driver & mover were very well dressed and handled all of our goods with special care & attention. Not only were they punctual, the support staff was very cordial and seemed to take a special interest in our business. After moving 8 times in 12 years, I can tell you there's no way in the whole world that I would contract with any other moving company after working with your organization.

The service provided was excellent! Definitely was worth the money, and made moving a lot less stressful and fun. Our two guys were always working hard, running back to the truck, and had an above beyond positive attitude for their job. Both were helpful, and at the same time personable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is moving.

Our movers were AMAZING! These three young men showed up and were polite, very careful with my belongings including my piano that I've had since I was 6 and a nervous wreck about moving. They were courteous, fast and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
