I ordered a laptop online on auction from EZ Jewlery and Pawn. I purchased this laptop specifically because it came with the original box and paperwork. They showed photos of the pristine laptop box and mentioned it as being included in the item that I paid for. Shipping was fast, but the laptop box and paperwork was not included with the item as it was sold to me as. I contacted EZ Pawn about the box and was met with attitude and opinion regarding how 'its just a box, not a big deal' yet as the customer that was for me to decide, and not the business who ripped me off and didn't honor what I purchased. After contacting them again they did end up sending the laptop box with the paperwork only they decided to not put the pristine box that I paid for in a shipping box, instead they put 10 stamps on the laptop box itself, a huge sticker with my mailing address and packing tape all over it. The box is crushed and beat to hell by the time it arrived to me. I have purchased before from EZ Pawn and was planning to purchase a lot more electronics, but after this careless and unacceptable conduct to rip me off by not providing what I paid for and then sending it not in the condition I purchased it in, they just lost my business and hundreds, if not thousands of dollars of business I would have spent with them. Shady, rude, thieves!

I had absolute amazing customer service! I didnt buy a thing. I went in disappointed with my computer and Brian Hickey's, out the kindness of his heart helped me and solved all my computer problems, that he wasn't obligated to do. I walked in with tears and walked out with the biggest smile of the day!! Thank you all for helping me!! I hope your business continue to prosper!

the staff is young, rude and unprofessional. i will never come here ever again. laughing in customer's faces about items they bring in!

The staff is friendly and doesn't judge, they are really helpful and give fair prices, and my favorite part is that they are very good about working with deadlines and giving extensions in this bad economy. I pass about 10 pawnshops and drive almost an hour just to take my stuff here. 100% recommend.
