Friendly service - as always. I rented an "easy pass" to avoid having to pay cash for tolls. It turns out that I did not encounter any tolls. They willingly, without argument, removed the charge from my final bill. I also rented a GPS which was a life saver. All around a very positive experience.

Horrible return service. No drop box at counter which is a 10 minute walk from drop-off garage.. I found a maintainance guy at 3:30am who told me to leave car keys in the car. There should have been a sign in the drop-off garage instructing travelers to do so. I never got a receipt e-mailed to me.
