best food around and grate service.

best Chinese restaurant around! grew up going to it an still go! =)

Dirty, dirty, dirty. I was sitting at the bar, can't help but noticed that most of their waitstaff when they put fruit on the paper umbrella for their drinks they uses their fingers then put it on the tray where the bartender put her dirty dishes. They also uses either their hand or cup to scoop up the ice instead of the ice scooper. Don't think I want to go back there again.

The absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to.

Food was cold and no flavor unless you drown it in their " islander sauce" which is maple syrup. I don't like being told to hurry up and eat so they can seat our table again!

The owner has no right or experience to run a restaurant. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.

I have lived in Warwick R.I. for six years now, and have been ordering from the Islander for Chinese food delivery. I have spent alot of money with them over the last six years I never had to call and complain until last night when they delivered me the wrong order when I called I assumed they would correct it without a problem, and bring me what I ordered instead to my surprise they accused me of lying and told me that they would give me my money back to give them the food back, and that I could get my food from somewhere eles from now on!!! If this is how a buisness treats there loyal customers then I would rather take my buisness and money somewhere eles anyway I was absolutley apauled and will never order from them again besides the fact that there food has gone extremely down hill lately!

The islander has very good food and great service.

Awful, just awful. Been there a few times-- one time, ended up with food poisoning. Another visit, was served a dish of canton lo mein which had a mysterious fishy-tasting chewy ingredient. I tried to send it back--had to wait 20 min. for the waitress to even come back--and then she would not take it back. Called the manager over and he refused to take it off my bill (had eaten maybe 2 bites!) because "these mushrooms are expensive and I can't serve this order anymore." WHAT?? He still charged me half price for the food, despite me not eating it. I will never go there again.
