      Dave at Metropolitan Service Group (aka. Boston Jeepz) on 97 Adams St in Newton, MA is the best auto mechanic I have ever been to. I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that had failed the MA State Inspection this past summer (2011), and had discovered that I had several problems with my vehicle to include a rear differential that needed to be replaced. Dave told me he would go through the vehicle from front to back and check out everything in addition to my list. He called me back the next day and quoted me prices for each item of repair. He actually "advised" me as to which items had higher priority than others. He told me he'd have it ready within in a week. By Thursday the following week, I got a call that it was ready - I couldn't believe it. He explained everything in technical detail, but with enough lay terms for me to understand. He definitely wanted me to understand what needed to be fixed and how he fixed it, and then drove me around, making sharp turns in a parking lot so I could hear and feel the difference. I have never had a mechanic take me out in my vehicle after the repairs were done and directly point out what was fixed! I will never take my Jeep to another Dealership or Jiffy Lube ever again. If you don't want to get screwed and pay a lot of money, take your vehicle to Metropolitan Service Group's Boston Jeepz.

      Superb service. Very honest. No hidden charges. The whole job was thoroughly explained to me. No pressure. I've found a new local mechanic--yeh! I'd highly recommend you bring your auto here!
