Scott is a master at knowing what hair "needs" to do. He thinks like an engineer, designs the best for you. I know, I am an ex hairdresser. He also truly likes what he does, he is in it for the long term as evidenced by the fact that he owns his own salon. Carol is the "lady" of the salon and treats everyone with grace and friendliness.
