I purchased an additional hard drive for my desktop PC as well as a wireless router from CR Computer and called them for setting it up. The CR Computer technician arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. The technician installed and setup my wireless router and got both my PC and laptop working in short duration. I am very impressed with the quality of service of CR Computer as well as the great value for money and will not consider using any other company for my computer issues in the future.

CR computer was very prompt in responding to my emails, they provided clear guidance and options for me to consider in making my decisions, their fee was exactly as quoted, we were able to schedule time right away to do the work, and he arrived to pick up my computer at the time we agreed. John performed an upgrade to the memory and hard drive on my computer and also checked and cleaned the entire system. He completed the work when he said it would be ready. Since John's service, my computer has continued to work very well and I easily perform the monthly maintenance steps he provided. His service is outstanding.

Rob was excellent. I had a nasty virus on my computer which he was able to eradicate in just 2 hours. The price was more than fair given that I would have likely paid double that if I took it to my local best buy store. Plus he offered other advice such as how to speed up my computer and which antivirus software work best. I would not hesitate to refer Rob and CR computer to a friend.

This company was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me well informed as to what problems my computer experienced in addition to explaining in layman terms they fixed the problems. My computer stopped working on Friday night. I called CR Computer on Saturday morning and left a message. They called back within a few minutes and had me bring my computer in that day. Turns out the hard drive was fried. They replaced the hard drive and had my computer ready to pick up on Monday. It is running great. The staff is very professional and friendly. If you have a PC virus or computer problem, CR computer is the company to call. I knew I had a virus when I booted up and I kept getting a black screen. When I finally got in, I had continuous pop-ups, couldn't access MSWord, couldn't get to websites, my photo software was messed up but fortunately my e-mail was intact. It was really bad. I went on-line and read reviews for two recommended computer repair companies. CR computer were professional all the way. They asked for a full description of the problems I had on my PC. They worked for one and a half day looking at my PC, which was infected "worse than average". After checking it out, Jason installed a new anti-virus by Microsoft at no extra cost. CR computer communicated well; asked the right questions and answered my questions with patience and solid information. John, is a good listener with strong interpersonal skills. Most important, he's a good analyst, knowledgeable and experienced in fixing computers.

I contacted CR computer after speaking to a couple of companies. I spilled a drink on my Laptop and it just stopped working. I was told various times that this cannot just be cleaned and it would cost substantial money to fix the problem (replacement keyboard). I contacted CR computer who confirmed that because it was only water that it could simply be cleaned and dried and it would more then likely work. They took out some components and cleaned and dried them and only charged me $49.
