The owner of this company is a terrible excuse for a human being. If you do decide to go with propane, which I could never recommend and wish the house didn't have, find another company. With oil, you can call another company, with propane it's more difficult and impossible to change in the winter. Their terrible treatment of customers reflects that. They lie on their website about having a payment plan that they claim not to have when you call before the season. I know people who have houses three times the size of mine and pay less in oil than I pay in propane. Don't be fooled by their advertisement. If you are able to get natural gas, there is a big difference since it costs less and the government has laws prohibiting them from shutting off service to customers during the winter. The owner does not care about children having no heat or a working stove or oven when the weather is in the teens and the family can't afford to make a payment in full.
