My significant other's company always gets they're Fried Chicken, they believe it's the best around. We just had a small gender reveal party at our house with the fried chicken and the little mini sandwiches. We had more compliments on those little sandwiches and the chicken I just want to say thank you! And to Sherry for making them for us. Would definitely recommend their deli food again������������������������

Even when something is advertised to be on sale you do not necessarily get the sales price. The woman I dealt with at the service desk needs to take a class on people skills. Their sales are pretty good, IF you are given the sales price. Because of my bad experience with the rude front desk person, who by the way refused to give me the discount of $3.00 for my coupon that was not deducted, her reasoning was well I don't know that you gave the cashier the coupon. Really??? I would drive back to your store if I didnt?? Also, 3 frozen dinners were advertised for $10.00, but rang up at the atrocious price of $4.49 each and her reasoning for not giving me the sales price was it was last week's sale. It possibly was, but the stickers on their freezer did not have but it sure beat paying the $4.49 that I had to pay. Shoppers beware and check your receipt before you leave the store or good luck getting your money back. Bad business.

Great place to shop.they had all theis sale items with a nice friendly atmophere, pleasent staff and the best pharmacy ive ever been to period!

What a great place to shop! I am very surprised by the two negative comments on here. I found just the opposite. I found this store to be clean and fresh. The meat department had great deals (far better than Meijer and Kroger) and the items were very fresh. I asked for help twice (2 different employees) while shopping. Both times the associate took me to the exact item I was looking for right away. Very helpful! All in all, I left feeling like I got value for my dollar and was pleased with the service. I have a new favorite grocery store! I recommend this store to all!

I had shopped at this location midweek. And while it was enough of an annoyance that several of the advertised "specials" were not available, I finished shopping and went to the register. I asked for a raincheck on one of the items. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to "Check" so see what they had in back, only to be told what I already knew since I had spoken to a store employee arranging other products in that section and was told by him that they were out. Even though I told them what I'd been told, (the Cashier & a Male Store Mgr) and said that I didn't have time to wait, they would not supply a raincheck unless I waited. So I waited and waited and waited and left. I will never go back there! --- I would rate it with no stars but the system requires at least one to post a comment

I purchased a large package of Kowalski hot dogs on Nov 4th 2009, date on package was Nov 29, 2009. I opened them on Nov 6th and they were all slim and had mold on some of them. I returned to store with them but did not keep my receipt and was given my purchase price back and told to keep my receipts in the future or they would not refund. I returned home and made a ham sandwich on a hot dog bun that I also purchased on the 4th at Heartland. I figured I may as well use them up so they didn't go bad. I took 2 bites and then I noticed the buns also had mold on them. (Spartan Brand) Thats two strikes for Heartland, I won't shop there again. My advice to anyone who does shop there is KEEP your receipts as the package dates don't mean its good at Heartland.
