Went to a birthday party on a Saturday, after the kids finished eating there was about 10 minutes left before the party ended. The kids went to jump and when the time was up for the party instead of blowing a whistle or letting us know the time had expired the two young ladies working the event just turned the lights off for the entire jumpy place room. Super unprofessional and not to mention not very safe to have kids jumping and without notice turn the lights off. Very disappointed in this operation. The two young ladies just looked through the glass window while acting like they were cleaning. I understand its under new management but lets have a little respect and professionalism.

Shame they're not open on weekends when parents have time and opportunity to take their children. Work week hours only doesn't allow working parents to take their kids and Friday nights don't always work either! Do yourselves a favor and open on weekends too, at least Saturdays.
