We had a washer under warranty that needed repair. The company came out that handles Lowe's extended warranty plans. It was not fixed properly, more things were wrong then to begin with. I was not going to use Lowe's repair people again, very disappointed. I called Tony's Appliance (we had used there services several years ago and we trusted them). Chad came out and did some detective work and found errors from the previous work. He fixed it correctly and we are so thankful it works like it should. We will continue to rely on Tony's Appliance for repairs. We trust them.

Called them for service call today (3/15/19) on stand-up freezer. Found the problem of an ice dam and fixed it in 30 minutes, very good service, fair price and will use again.
