I am writing to complain about the HORRIBLE service I received at this store. Any time I shop at this store I can NEVER find an associate to help me, so as a last resort I have to ask the cashier for help and he is ALWAYS so rude to everyone. His name is Mr. Bob. I usually make an effort to drive further down to road to another store rather than to stop here, but today I was in a hurry and running late. The first thing that really irked me about my encounter with Mr Bob was when I asked him to check the price of and item that I had found on the wrong aisle. His response, "How am I supposed to know? Why didn't you check the shelf when you picked it up?" Normally I just brush comments like that off as joking, but his mannerisms told me otherwise. I bought about $25 worth of product and asked if I was able to get cash back. He said yes but only in increments of $10, $25, and $50. Which was fine since I needed $40. I selected $50. When he went to get the money out of the drawer, he stopped and said he didn't have enough money. So he called a manager over and told him the same. The manager Tim looked over his shoulder and said "yes you do" and pulled out 4 $10s and 2 $5s. as the manager turned away Mr. bob looked ant me and said, "Don't you ever do that again! Next time I see you I just won't give you your money. Now you left me with no money in my register!" If I didn't have my children with me and wasn't already late, I definitely would have had a few words with him and Tim who just turned away and acted like he didn't hear.

Now I don't know about you but I do not think that is any way for an associate to talk to a customer at a place that has the word "Family" in it's name.

I hope you are proud of yourself Tim for just standing back and allowing an associate like Mr Bob to work at your store and openly insult a customer, any customer, and not do a thing.
