Customer service is seriously nonexistent. After taking some samples home asked for prices on two samples but lady at store couldn't figure a quote. Said someone would call but that never happened... Called and left a message with an employee three times about an estimate but no one ever returned our calls over a two week period. Guess they didn't want our business even though it was a whole house and would have meant a good profit for them. Don't waste your time shopping at Guy's.
