Their call taker actually hung up on me. A young mother and her one year child asked me for help. I didn't have a car seat. I found this company advertising they had child seats. Like I said as I explained the situation, he hung up on me. I called back two more times and no one answered. I'd like to give them a minus five star (-5*) rate but that isn't an option.

extremely poor service.I hate this service and will never recommend it to anyone. I live in wilmington (pin code 19809) and I called in at 9am for a cab at 12.30 pm (from pin code 19810...thats so close!) and guess what......the cab never came. Neither the owner nor will the driver give you a call to inform on the status. I kept calling the owner and the driver and they kept replying that the GPS gave wrong directions. from 12.30 to 1.05 I waited but it never came. I missed my doctor's appointment and had to reschedule. I thought that at least he would come in late and apologise, but he did not come at all. you can not trust this service at all. the poorest of all I have ever tried. Never call them.
