First class shop all the way. They have certified techs who perform work on hybrid vehicles. I saved myself $2500 after getting a quote from these guys for replacing a failed HCU on my hybrid. I'm so lucky I checked with these guys before the dealership 'took me to the cleaners'. The most professional auto shop I have ever had work done. Take a minute, get a quote or a second opinion from this place before believing a dealership who says 'this is the best you can do'.

I've been going to Kirkwood au...

I've been going to Kirkwood auto for years now following the suggestion of a former colleague when my new car wasn't so new and started needing some service. They're really good about giving you an update on status and even some suggestions that could save you money over the long term.

I recently had some work done and one of the parts had a problem. Despite not really being their fault (it was the part) they apologized and did everything to make the inconvenience it caused disappear. They really went above and beyond, which is something most companies don't do anymore. I give a lot of credit to Norm, Christopher, and Brian there for making me feel like a VIP customer. They took an opportunity that could have turned me off from their business and instead solidified my patronage. Thank you!

Kirkwood Auto

Thay have god service but there was a huge price difference between them and Pepboys.I needed alternator for my cartheir quote was $595.00 Localpepboys quote was 395.00. Just doublecheck price before getting anything done there.

Thank You for the feedback. I would like to not that there is a big difference in the quality of parts when it comes to the chain stores and using professional grade parts that carry a nationwide warranty that includes labor, towing etc. The parts that we use carry a lifetime warranty.

I had a referral to this establishment form a local Wilmington resident. I was from out of state and was visiting Wilmington and needed some major front end suspension work done. I took the recommendation and had Kirkwood Auto Center perform the work. It was done as promised, it was fixed correctly as promised and all work was done with reasonable rates and guaranteed results. I will now use Kirkwood Auto for my trusted auto repair shop as I have recently moved and am a new resident of Wilmington.
