My experience here was awesome! I made an appointment to have impressions of my ears done for a set of custom ear buds. Everyone I met in the office was professional, friendly and genuinely caring. I walked in with a smile & left with a bigger one. . I plan to return for a hearing test and am certainly more motivated now that I know the experience I can look forward to.
