      Prime Time Butcher is family-owned and operated local business in Woodbury, New York. For over thirty years we continue to meet the culinary needs of caring cooks and food lovers. We are one of the few exclusive purveyors of the nation's most-coveted Dry Aged Prime Beef. Complementing our exceptional meat selection are American Lamb; All Natural Poultry, Beef and Pork. Our products are hand-selected from the finest Prime USDA suppliers. We hand-cut every item the old-fashioned way. Trimmed and wrapped to your specifications, each order includes expert cooking instructions to ensure superb results. Our kitchens are brimming with a wonderful array of cooked foods…from our very best classic recipes to season fresh starters, main and sides.
