0 STARS!!!! I am reporting that this business has not completed service in a timely manner and has said they would call us multiple times over two days, with no call back. It started on a sunday, August 31st. My washing machine was not spinning or draining correctly. Not only was it a weekend but it was a holiday weekend. We contacted Campbell's, since the website looked promising and they offered weekend/holiday repair services. They told us it would be an additional $150 to come out on a weekend so we scheduled them to call us on Tuesday 9/2 at 9:30am to let us know a time they would be coming to our house that day. My husband took the day off work. They called at 10:30 and said they would be there between 11am and 1pm. At 2pm my husband called again. They said they were running behind and that they would now be there between 5:30 and 6:30pm. So my husband took off work for no reason at all. I ran out of room, but basically its the next day and they still never called!!!!!
