Last summer we boarded both of our labs (Beau and Jake) for a few days at AirportWest. Our dogs are not neutered and so there aren't many kennels in this area that will take 'intact' dogs. But we were very happy with this Clinic. CLEAN, friendly and our dogs did great! Using them again this weekend.

We cancelled a 2 day kenneling when our weekend trip was cancelled by wildfires closing down highways. Still got charged cancellation fee. Never happened anywhere else and won't use this vet clinic or kennel again.

Ms. Kieser took an x-ray of my 2 year old dogs back leg and misdiagnosed her with advanced arthritis and put her on Rimadyl without pre screening her lab work or warning us of the possible side effects of Rimadyl. We lost our girl to liver failure a few months later. If Ms. Kieser would have warned of the possible side effects of Rimadyl and advised pre screening lab work, we would have known if it was or wasn't Rimadyl that caused our dogs liver failure. Pfizer, the maker of Rimadyl, has quite an extensive history with known deaths caused by this drug and does recommend pre screening lab work. There is an abundance of information on the Internet.

This vet clinic is way over priced. I had a pet that needed follow up appointments, i have never been to a clinic that does not offer a discount for the follow up appointment. I kept paying a hefty price over and over. I felt like they were just dragging things out to get more money. They also did not have the prescriptions in that my pet needed and i had to keep coming back, which it was quite a drive for me. Also, if the vet is not there you get a vet tech. They do not tell you ahead that you will not be seeing the vet. If i am going to pay a high price, i am surely not going to be willing to fork out that same amount of cash for the assistance of a vet tech and not the vet themselves.
