      Watch their billing dept. especially at the end of the year.....stalling tactics to reset your deductible so they can charge you as a private pay......odd that their billing dept. knows NOTHING regarding insurance billing lingo; yeah thankful I am CPC certified last year.

      Reported them to the insurance commissioner....curious to see how many other times this has happened.

      There are plenty of other HONEST places to go; I highly encourage to do your research!
